
Johnny and his wife, April, have been married for 28 years and live in McBee, SC. They have two children, Johnathan and Mary Frances, along with one precious grandson (Walker Lane). Johnny enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, hunting, fishing, and farming. He loves sharing what God has done in his life and desires for others to come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

Joel and his wife Erin, married nearly 25 years, have been blessed with 4 children. He enjoys hunting, shooting, and reloading. A career educator, Joel has published two books and hosts a weekly podcast that applies God's Word to life and leadership. His favorite verse is Matthew 5:16

Luke lives in Swansea, SC with his wife Crissy and their 4 children. Luke enjoys hunting, fishing and the fellowship that comes with being in the outdoors.

Carmen and his wife Mayra live in Charleston, SC. They have 4 blended children. Carmen enjoys serving the Lord with IO in the outdoors!


Married to Rene for 31 years and blessed with 1 daughter and 2 sons. I really just love anything outdoors from hunting, fishing, or just being on a tractor. I love sharing time in the outdoors with friends and family anytime but serving on IO retreats is something that I am very passionate about!

Frank resides in Saint Augustine, FL and has been actively involved with the IO team since 2011. His passion is embracing the goodness of God’s creation and having the opportunity to serve and disciple men.

Dave Ryan has been married to his best friend, Marlene, for 47 years. They have one daughter, Jessica Daughtry, with four grandbabies and a son-in-law Jeremy Daughtry.

Casey and his wife Julie have been married for 25 years. They have 1 daughter, Vanessa, and live in Andalusia, AL. Casey retired from the US Army in 2023 after 26 years of service. He enjoys serving full-time with Ironman Outdoors.

Matthew and his wife Mary Anne live in Beaver Dam, KY. Matthew grew up hunting and fishing in Kentucky and enjoys the opportunity that Ironman Outdoors gives him to help men grow in their Christian faith.

Todd has served with Ironman since 2009 and thoroughly enjoys meeting new people, creating new ways to challenge men to rethink who they are, what they stand for and where they want to be in their walk with Christ and is an absolute geek when it comes to bowhunting. Give him a chance and he'll tell you about his heavy arrows, his recent antelope hunt, his first gator or the relationship he has with his best friend (which happens to be his wife)!
