July 25, 2009 1st Annual 3D Bow Tournament

This was Ironman Upstate's 1st Annual Bow Shoot. It was located at the Abner Creek Baptist Church ball fields. We had a great turnout and look forward to next year.

March 6-8, 2009 Santee Fishing Retreat

This was Ironman Upstate's 1st retreat. We took members of Abner Creek Baptist Church "our Home Church". This trip was a real blessing as we did not only come closer to each other but also closer to Christ.

May 14-16, 2009 Santee Fishing Retreat

On this Fishing Retreat we had the priviledge of taking members of Chiquola Baptist Church out of Honea Path, SC. We had a blessed time and look forward to doing it again. Biggest Catch 22.5lbs
