Cast Your Net on the Other Side of the Boat! You may not even know what a cast net looks like but we will teach you how to throw one and then put you in a boat to get a full cooler of some tasty SC shrimp. We primarily shrimp in the Charleston Harbor and Edisto Beach, SC. The shrimping is typically done in the evenings with some relaxation and fishing taking place during the day. Lodging varies per retreat, but we guarantee a roof over your head and access to facilities.
Field Notes: Shrimping retreats are offered in September and October during SC's shrimp baiting season. We provide the food, lodging, boats, nets, bait, permits, etc. You throw the cast net and take home the shrimp!
